About Tina's Ethiopian Cafe

Tina's Ethiopian Cafe has been open since March of 2004.
Tina's ethiopian cuisine offers an exceptional and exquisite array of flavorful food. Traditional bread, called Enjera, is used in place of utensils. Enjera is made from a grain called Teff. Teff is high in Iron, Protein and Fiber.

Tina offers a variety of dishes, from meat to vegetarian. The meat dishes are typically either Beef or Chicken. Legumes are an integral part of the vegetarian dishes served at Tina's Ethiopian Cafe. Common legumes include lentils and chickpeas. For dessert, as is traditional in Ethiopia, Tina offers freshly-ground Ethiopian Coffee.

At Tina's Ethiopian Cafe, you will experience the beautiful culture of Ethiopia, that of which is unknown to most people. Ethiopian food is very nourishing to the body and soul. Tina's food, most especially, has her own personal touch ingrained in every dish she serves. The service at Tina's Ethiopian Cafe matches that of her wonderful food. If you want to experience an array of exotic dishes, in a wonderful environment, then the experience awaits you here at Tina's Ethiopian Cafe!

Tina offers two different ways for her customers to experience the food; either at the traditional ethiopian table, called a mesob [pictures on the right], or at a table traditional to the U.S.
